WENS Industrial Technologies LLC ("WENS," "we," "us," or "our") uses this website and related client tools to receive project inquiries, communicate with customers, administer authorized client accounts and support industrial technical work.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the platform, we may collect contact and company information; project descriptions, requested capabilities, timing, location and commercial constraints; project references and other technical context you choose to provide; account and authentication information for authorized users; and records needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the platform.

The Request a Quote form also allows you to indicate whether information is confidential or proprietary and whether you want to receive optional marketing communications. Marketing consent is separate from submitting a quote request.

How we use information

We use information to review and respond to requests, prepare or discuss potential work, administer client workspaces, authenticate authorized users, deliver service and security messages, maintain business records, prevent abuse, protect the platform and improve the reliability of our services.

Service providers

WENS uses service providers to host and operate the platform, including infrastructure, database and authentication, transactional email, abuse protection and error monitoring providers. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to deliver their services. Current platform controls are designed to minimize unnecessary personal information in monitoring data.

Security and technical files

WENS applies access controls and other technical safeguards appropriate to the platform. Quote-file uploads are disabled for the initial V1 launch. When secure file intake is activated later, uploaded technical files are intended to remain private and quarantined until reviewed under the applicable WENS workflow.

No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit information that you are not authorized to disclose.

Cookies and session data

The platform may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for authentication, session continuity and security. WENS does not use the V1 platform to serve third-party advertising.

Retention

WENS retains business, project, account and security records for periods appropriate to the purpose for which they are kept, contractual requirements and applicable law. Retention periods are configurable and are subject to the WENS retention-review workflow. Before retained technical files are deleted under that workflow, WENS requires an internal review so an authorized person can decide whether the material should be preserved, archived or approved for deletion.

Marketing choices

If you separately opt in to marketing communications, WENS may use your email address for those communications. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the method provided in the communication or by contacting WENS. Service, account, security and project communications are not marketing messages.

Your choices and requests

You may contact WENS to ask about personal information associated with you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. Some records may need to be retained for security, contractual, accounting or legal reasons.

Changes to this policy

WENS may update this policy as the platform or business practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
