His professional background combines mechanical design, industrial maintenance, manufacturing operations, quality control, technical diagnostics, equipment reliability and project coordination.
Emile began his formal technical education in 2013 at the Instituto Politécnico Industrial de Santiago in the Dominican Republic, where he trained in automotive mechanics. That foundation led him to pursue Mechanical Engineering at the Universidad Tecnológica de Santiago (UTESA), where he earned his engineering degree in 2023. His academic credential was subsequently evaluated in the United States by World Education Services as equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree.
After relocating to the United States, he developed practical experience across industrial and technical environments. His background includes production and quality-support activities at Coca-Cola, mechanical and electronic diagnostics and automotive operations at Goodyear, industrial maintenance support, and independent mechanical design work using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. His freelance work has included 2D/3D mechanical design, technical layouts and manufacturing-oriented documentation.
Alongside his professional development, Emile continued expanding his technical and managerial education through postgraduate studies in Project Management and further training in motors and controls, PLCs, management and technology-related disciplines.
As Founder / Technical Director, he established WENS Industrial Technologies around a practical operating philosophy: technical work should be clear, disciplined, properly documented and connected to real industrial needs.
His focus for WENS is the progressive integration of mechanical design, controls and automation support, reliability, maintenance, quality support and industrial technical consulting into a structured technical-services organization.
