Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the WENS Industrial Technologies LLC ("WENS") website, Request a Quote workflow and authorized client portal. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

Website and quote requests

Website descriptions and quote-request submissions are for preliminary business communication. Submitting a request does not require WENS to accept a project and does not by itself create a contract, purchase order, engineering engagement or obligation to perform services.

Scope, price, schedule, deliverables, payment terms, intellectual-property treatment, confidentiality duties and other project-specific obligations are established only through an applicable written proposal, statement of work, purchase order, agreement or other written acceptance between the parties.

Authorized accounts

Client and administrative areas are restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, using a unique password and promptly notifying WENS of suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to access another customer's projects, files or account information.

Your submissions

You represent that you are authorized to provide the information you submit and that doing so does not violate another person's rights or contractual obligations. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of project requirements, dimensions, specifications, drawings, process information and other materials you provide.

Marking a quote request as confidential or proprietary alerts WENS to handle the submission accordingly, but it does not by itself create a separate nondisclosure agreement. If a specific NDA is required, it should be executed separately before information subject to that NDA is exchanged.

Technical and professional limitations

Information on the website is general and does not replace project-specific evaluation. No website content, preliminary discussion or quote response should be treated as a regulatory certification, sealed professional opinion, safety approval or representation that a design is suitable for a particular application unless that responsibility is expressly included in a written project agreement and provided as legally permitted.

Intellectual property

WENS retains ownership of the website, platform, branding and pre-existing tools or materials. Ownership and permitted use of project-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable written project agreement. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, submitting information to WENS does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing materials to WENS.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, use the service for unlawful activity, or attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.

Availability and changes

WENS may modify, suspend or discontinue website features as the platform evolves. Features identified as coming soon are not commitments to a particular launch date. WENS may also restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, data, systems or service reliability.

Third-party services

The platform depends on third-party infrastructure and service providers. Their outages, maintenance windows or technical limitations may affect availability. Links to third-party websites, when present, do not imply responsibility for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and pre-contract platform are provided on an "as available" basis. Project-specific warranties, remedies and limitations, if any, are governed by the applicable written project agreement rather than these website Terms.

Changes to these Terms

WENS may update these Terms as the platform or business practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Material project obligations already agreed in writing remain governed by the applicable agreement.
